FNMS Family Confence

The 2010 FNMS Family Conference in Chicago, Illinois will be held June 24 through June 27 at the Hilton Garden Inn on Chicago's own Magnificent Mile.  FNMS will host conference speakers, group activities and more.  We have a block of 25 rooms reserved at the fabulous Hilton Garden Inn.  You can make your reservation through either the central reservaion line at 1-877-782-9444, just ask for the FNMS Family Conference group rate when you reserve your room, or you can book online at www.hiltongardenchicago.com remember to enter our group/convention code of FNM to obtain our special rate of $129.00/night. 

Airport transportation is available through Continental Airport Express Shuttle.  The charge for this service is approximately $25/person one way from O'Hare and $20/person one way from Midway.  Taxi's typically charge $40 one way from O'Hare and $30 one way from Midway Airport.

The Foundation is pleased to offer financial assistance of up to $500.00 to help defray the cost of airfare.  Reimbursement will be for the actual amount paid for airfare for the member and one parent or guardian up to the total maximum of $500.00 per family.  Additionally, FNMS will cover the cost of one room for the three nights of the conference at the group rate for each family that attends.  Registration deadline is April 15, 2010.  Registration is required.  For any additional information please contact DeDe Van Quill at dede@fnms.net
